About Us

Ann Mc Keon founded Profiles at Work
Consultancy Services in 2001. The main focus of her work is to
provide the right 'mix' of support to organisations and individuals
through the provision of training, coaching and/or profiling
services.
She brings over 20 years experience of
working in a developmental capacity with organisations in both
the public and private sectors. Ann has a BSC in Psychology and
a Masters in Education Training and Development. She is a member
of the Irish Institute of Training and Development and a member
of the International Coaching Federation, an organisation whose
primary aim is to support the development of best practice within
the emerging profession (in Ireland) of Life and Business coaching.
Her approach to companies is based on a strong belief that sometimes
a great deal of time and money is wasted on training, which is
not really relevant to either the needs of a company or the individuals
receiving the training. Her focus is on the provision of a more
cost- effective, holistic and tailored service designed to support
organisations to achieve their goals and develop their executives
and teams.
'I provide an external support service to organisations
on an ongoing basis. This means that I can build up a collaborative
relationship based on the provision of a range of strategies
which are designed to support organisations to develop and
adapt to change.' |
